What you get
  • A defect report you can read at AGM — written by people who will execute it.
  • Engineer-issued scope, DBP declaration lodged on the NSW Building Commission portal.
  • A Live Board updated daily — every unit, every stage, visible to the committee.
Live Board

See every unit. Every defect. Every stage. Live.

On big buildings — 400+ units — defects don't follow a pattern. So we built a board that colour-codes every unit, ties it to the defect and the stage, and gives the strata committee, the building manager and the engineer a read-only link to watch progress in real time.

Below is a working demo seeded with realistic data from a George Street, Sydney tower — client identity withheld. Click any unit.

How we work

A six-step delivery spine. Every project. Every time.

The same documented process whether the building is 12 units in Surry Hills or 412 units in Zetland. Engineers know what to expect from us, and so do strata committees.

  1. 01

    Site investigation

Thermal imaging, flood test, core sample, carbonation and chloride mapping. We measure before we quote so the scope is honest.

  2. 02

    Defect report

A written, AGM-ready defect report suitable for the owners corporation, strata committee and engineer. Photos, locations, severity, recommended scope.

  3. 03

    Engineer-issued scope

DBP-compliant specification issued by the engineer. We don't author structural scope — we deliver it.

  4. 04

    Pre-construction pack

SWMS, JSEA, ITP, staging plan, subcontractor register, insurances, product data sheets and material schedules — issued before mobilisation.

  5. 05

    Supervised execution

Our own tradespeople, ITP hold points, daily site diary, photo log, and the Live Board updated every day so the strata committee and building manager see exactly what's happening.

  6. 06

    Handover

As-built, batch records, product data sheets, warranty pack, DBP declaration and NSW Building Commission portal lodgement.

Compliance

The credentials your principal certifier will ask for.

Every box ticked, every certificate current, every declaration lodged. We treat compliance as a deliverable, not paperwork.

BUP0002823

DBP Act 2020 registered

Design and Building Practitioners registration BUP0002823. Statutory declarations lodged on the NSW Building Commission portal for every class 2 building we deliver.

CM3

CM3 prequalified

Active CM3 prequalification — health, safety and environment systems audited and current. Verifiable to any principal or asset manager.

BuyNSW

BuyNSW registered supplier

On the NSW government supplier panel. Procurement-ready for SINSW, Health Infrastructure and council asset works.

SafeWork

SafeWork NSW

High-risk construction work notifications lodged before mobilisation. SWMS and JSEA issued for every work pack.

$20m PI & PL

Insurances

$20m public liability, $20m professional indemnity, $5m product liability, workers compensation current. Certificates of currency on request.

Portal

Strata Hub & portal lodgement

We interact with Strata Hub and the NSW Building Commission portal on the owners corporation's behalf — DBP declarations, occupation certificate evidence, defect rectification records.

Selected projects

Big buildings. Documented work.

Constraint, approach, outcome — and the documents we produced along the way.
