Engineer-signed building work. Documented to the last unit.
We remediate, restore, fit out and rebuild the buildings that can't stop operating — residential strata and commercial property across NSW and the ACT. When a repair turns into a reconstruction, our team carries it through. DBP registered. CM3 prequalified. BuyNSW listed.
- A defect report you can read at AGM — written by people who will execute it.
- Engineer-issued scope, DBP declaration lodged on the NSW Building Commission portal.
- A Live Board updated daily — every unit, every stage, visible to the committee.
We don't dabble. Every discipline runs the same documented spine.
Waterproofing, concrete cancer, structural repair, heritage, fit-out and rebuild — diagnosed first, scoped to the engineer's drawing, executed to a standard the certifier will sign. The discipline is the point: focus is why engineers and strata managers send us back.
Waterproofing & water ingress
Balconies, planter boxes, podiums, wet areas, basement tanking.
Concrete cancer & spalling
Carbonation, chloride attack, post-tensioned slabs, façade soffits.
Structural repair
Crack injection, slab and beam strengthening, balcony reinstatement.
Pre-1980 buildings
Older walk-ups, terraces, mid-century concrete — what new builders miss.
Heritage works
Listed buildings, conservation management plans, sympathetic repair.
Government & schools
BuyNSW, SINSW, education and government remedial portfolios.
Building maintenance
Planned cyclical works, reactive defect rectification, Live Board reporting.
Three sectors. One standard.
The same engineer-led delivery spine, tuned to who's paying and who's affected by the work.
See every unit. Every defect. Every stage. Live.
On big buildings — 400+ units — defects don't follow a pattern. So we built a board that colour-codes every unit, ties it to the defect and the stage, and gives the strata committee, the building manager and the engineer a read-only link to watch progress in real time.
Below is a working demo seeded with realistic data from a George Street, Sydney tower — client identity withheld. Click any unit.
