Allicoe Projects is an NSW & ACT contractor focused on remedial work for class 2 buildings, We don't fit out. We don't build new. We diagnose, scope to the engineer's drawing, and execute to a documented standard the principal certifier will sign.
Why remedial-only.
A general builder treats remedial as a side-of-desk job. The work suffers, the documentation suffers, and the warranty doesn't hold. We've structured the business around remedial: trained tradespeople, manufacturer accreditations, an engineer relationship matrix, and a documentation workflow that ties every unit to every certificate.
Who we work with.
Strata managers, building managers, engineers, owners corporations and government asset managers. We don't sell direct to homeowners. The decision-maker on our jobs is reading reports, not picking tile colours — and the work is structured for them.
Test, flood, sample, photograph. Honest scope or no scope.
We don't author structural scope. We deliver it, to the drawing.

Behind every Allicoe project is a team of building professionals and a network of specialist trades, carrying experience that runs from waterproofing and concrete remediation all the way to ground-up residential construction. That range is deliberate: the people who repair a building well are the people who understand how it was built in the first place. It's also why we can carry a job through when a remediation turns into a reconstruction — the capacity is already in the room.
