Six steps. The same way. Every building.
Engineers know what to expect from us, and so do strata committees. The work is honest because the process is documented — and the process is documented because the engineer signs off at every hold point.
- 01
Site investigation
Thermal imaging, flood test, core sample, carbonation and chloride mapping. We measure before we quote so the scope is honest.
- 02
Defect report
A written, AGM-ready defect report suitable for the owners corporation, strata committee and engineer. Photos, locations, severity, recommended scope.
- 03
Engineer-issued scope
DBP-compliant specification issued by the engineer. We don't author structural scope — we deliver it.
- 04
Pre-construction pack
SWMS, JSEA, ITP, staging plan, subcontractor register, insurances, product data sheets and material schedules — issued before mobilisation.
- 05
Supervised execution
Our own tradespeople, ITP hold points, daily site diary, photo log, and the Live Board updated every day so the strata committee and building manager see exactly what's happening.
- 06
Handover
As-built, batch records, product data sheets, warranty pack, DBP declaration and NSW Building Commission portal lodgement.
